From a living wall made out of discarded pallets to a bar front pieced together from salvaged wood, Bread & Brewery’s unique decor is a visual treat. Even their “keezer” (a converted chest freezer used for dispensing draft beer) is upcycled. This innovative approach not only reduces waste but also creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for enjoying a pint or two.

The name Bread & Brewery might leave you wondering, “Where’s the bread?” The answer lies in one of the biggest by-products of brewing beer: spent grains. While many breweries send these grains to landfill, Bread & Brewery sees their potential. After discovering the nutritional value of spent brewers grains, the team decided to experiment with creating various baked goods.
Although the bread-making operation isn’t fully up and running yet, the brewery is collaborating with Burnt Honey Bakery to bring these delicious creations to life. In the meantime, the spent grains are being put to good use by being donated to Let The Ladies Go, a local chicken rescue. This commitment to sustainability and community is at the heart of Bread & Brewery’s mission.
